Finally, one of the most sought after features for Wordpress doesn’t have to come in the form of a plugin. One can now embed Youtube and videos from other video sites directly on Wordpress just by copy pasting the url.
How good is that ? Just when I was struggling with my video embed plugin.

Also one of the enhancements of Wordpress 2.9 is better image management with cropping and resizing as standard features. But the feature in image management which I am mostly interested in is auto-saving images to the image directory when I copy paste a image from the web to a post.
